Whilst we are not academically selective, we pride ourselves both on the high grades achieved by able students as well as the significant value to all students entering exams. as they can. We keep parents informed and up to date with the day to day life at school, as this is an important part of ensuring parents feel comfortable and students feel safe and supported. Prep/Homework Students from Prep through to Sixth Form are provided with the time, working space and required to complete homework, coursework and study for exams.
Younger boarders will be supported by boarding staff and older students who will listen to them read and help them complete set assignment. Senior boarders can access the Learning Hub, a purpose built study space for supervised self-study in the evenings.
A genuine home away from home

There are two boarding houses at Finborough, providing a home from home for full, weekly and flexi boarders aged 7 to 18. Woolaston houses the boys and Pettiward houses the girls. Our residential house tutors provide 24 hour cover for the children.
Pettiward (Girls) Pettiward provides full, weekly and flexi boarding accommodation for girls aged 7 to 18. Wollaston (Boys) Wollaston provides full, weekly and flexi boarding accommodation for boys aged 7 to 18.
We can arrange trusted UK guardianship for international families.

There are a limited number of short-stay places available each year. Early application is advised. Special notes to agents about entry to the school We understand the importance of helping families to make an informed and confident choice about the next stage of their child's education.
We work closely with our trusted partners to ensure that we are the school of 'best fit' for each child. It is helpful if agents can provide a brief profile or background information on the student and family at the point of first enquiry. In addition to September entry, we are also open to in-year applications, dependent on availability of places.
