Life at Kent College is full of opportunity and our boarders are given the space to flourish academically and achieve outstanding success.
We model healthy lifestyles and nurture emotional and physical wellbeing. We celebrate diversity and champion inclusivity so our boarders can interact confidently and positively with all members of our community. Pupils can be full boarders, weekly boarders or flexi-board at any time during their education at Kent College.
A genuine home away from home

Kent College's boarding community is made up of a Senior Boarding House, James & Osborn, which is a modern, purpose built facility which is refurbished and updated regularly to provide homely spaces for girls to live, learn and thrive. James & Osborn, Senior School Boarding (Boys and Girls) James and Osborn is a purpose built boarding house and provides modern and comfortable facilities for all our boarders from 11-18 years.
The boarding house is run by experienced staff including a house parent and assistant house parent who are on hand to provide encouragement, and care. Boarders share rooms of up to three, and older boarders may have their own rooms, some with an ensuite.
We can arrange trusted UK guardianship for international families.
