Ranked by the Oxford Royale Academy as the one of the most beautiful boarding schools in the UK, Prior Park College is a co-educational, Christian, Boarding and Day School that overlooks the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath. Prior Park aims to help its students explore who they are and find the adult they wish to be.

English Language, English Literature or English as an Additional Language, Mathematics. Students are then able to choose 6 optional subjects from: Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Classical Studies, Combined Science, Computer Science, Design and Technology, Drama, French, Further Mathematics, Geography, History, Latin, Mandarin, Music, Photography, Physical Education, Physics, Religion and Philosophy, Spanish, Textiles.
It may also be possible to take a GCSE in another if you are a native or fluent speaker. At A Level, the majority of our students take 3 subjects plus an extra qualification - this could be a more vocational qualification in drama or sports leadership, or completing the Extended Project Qualification.

The majority of our students go on to study at university and at their first choice institution. These include Oxford, Cambridge, Russell Group Universities, such as Imperial and LSE, as well as a number of places at Medical School.
We also have students who go on to overseas universities in the US, Canada and Europe. at Prior is happy and vibrant. In the evenings and at weekends, boarders have access to many of the on-site facilities and trips/activities are frequently organised, ranging from cultural and active experiences to opportunities for retail therapy!
Weekend activities include: outings to theme parks, the beach, bowling and the cinema; visits to Bath and other historic locations; weekend sports fixtures and Saturday Active; in-house events such as BBQs, baking, and film nights. Fitness facilities are available to boarders in the evenings and weekends.
A genuine home away from home

St Paul's House is in an historic building and provides attractive shared accommodation and study bedrooms for the 80 or so boy boarders, while St Mary's House, situated in the beautiful Priory with its own garden, is home to approximately 70 girls.
Both boarding houses have sitting rooms, kitchens and study areas. A family atmosphere pervades the boarding houses.
